         Captain Rice has over 35 years experience in the charter and marine industry.
         He has been a licensed Master Mariner since 1972 working with large and
         small vessels, from yachts to commercial off shore vessels. During the off
         season from November through March (winter time), he is available for
         delivery of your vessel anywhere in the United States.
